In tis post I will explain you how to Customize the Quick Access Toolbar in word 2007.we can custmoze the eibbon in word 2007 according to our needs.its easy and fallowed through some easy steps
The Ribbon replaces the menu bar in previous versions of Office 2003. It contains tabs that are used to group commands by task. When you select a tab the Ribbon displays the tools & commands available for that tab
•Tab Bar. This the Area that display tools & commands in the Ribbon.
•Command Buttons. Shortcut icons on the Ribbon which perform a specific function.
•Groups. Collection of commands on each tab.
•Launcher. Button that displays a dialog box that gives more options for the selected group.
•Help. Button that displays Office 2007 Help(F2).
The Quick Access Tool bar displays some useful buttons like the Undo and Redo buttons and the Save button. we can customize the Quick Access Tool bar to meet your preferences.
To customize the Quick Access Tool bar:
1. Click the Customize Quick Access Tool bar arrow.
The Customize Quick Access Tool bar menu displays.

2.Select More Commands.
The Options dialog displays.
3.Click the down arrow on the Choose commands from field to select a category.
4.Select the command you want to add from the list on the left.
5.Click the Add button.
The command displays on list on the right.
These commands will display on the Quick Access Tool bar.
6.Click OK to save your choices.
To remove a command from the tool bar:
1. Select the command from the list on the right.
2.Click the Remove button.
3.Click OK.
Tip: To quickly add a default command button to the Quick Access tool bar, click on the Customize Quick Access Tool bar button & select a command from the menu.
